Seesaw is seeking a Professional Development & Training Specialist, Contractor in London to lead interactive product training for teachers and administrators. You will deliver virtual and onsite sessions, develop post-session resources, and stay current with Seesaw features to support customer success.

The role requires 3+ years of primary teaching, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of primary teaching experience.
• Experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development is a plus.
• Knowledge of Seesaw in the classroom is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required.
• Highly organized, flexible, able to think critically, and a quick learner.
• Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude; collaborative teammate.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate.
• Ability to travel when needed, especially in peak season.
• Willing to work flexible schedule (evenings, early mornings) as required.
• Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Lives in London, England, United Kingdom.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw.
• Check calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and sessions booked.
• Maintain pre- and post-session documentation and share follow-up resources to customers via email.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw and its support resources for customers.
• Raise customer issues promptly and communicate resolutions back to customers.
