Job summary

Edpuzzle is hiring a Teacher Training & Community Associate to deliver high-quality customer and pre-sales training across the UK & Ireland, while growing Edpuzzle’s educator community. The role blends in-person and online training, social media engagement, and ambassador programs.

The successful candidate will present confidently, build educator relationships, and travel regularly to schools. A strong track record in teaching and adult training is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of classroom teaching in the UK or Ireland.
• Experience delivering training, workshops or webinars to teachers or adults.
• Confident presenter with experience in small and large groups.
• Willing to travel across the UK & Ireland for in-person sessions.
• Organised and able to manage travel and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Inside Sales team to support pre-sales training for school trials.
• Train customers and support onboarding and adoption.
• Travel regularly across the UK & Ireland to deliver in-person training sessions.
• Deliver online training sessions, webinars, and bootcamps for customers and prospects.
• Create, organise, and share engaging social media content, including videos, testimonials, and product updates.
• Build and grow the Edpuzzle Champion and Ambassador community across the region.
• Organise and run local Lunch & Learn events to strengthen educator engagement.
• Support Edpuzzle’s conference strategy, including planning presence and coordinating speakers.
• Build strong relationships with educators, school leaders, and external partners.
• Track feedback and community insights to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned
