Honley High is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (Level 1) to provide dedicated 1:1 support for students with additional needs and assist with learning activities within the school's teaching plan. The role is term-time with fixed-term elements and offers development opportunities within a supportive team.
The position provides pension enrolment, staff development, wellbeing initiatives and various discounts as part of the benefits package.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Salary: Band C (NJC points 4-6) Actual: £16,663 - £17,195 per annum. **Pending Pay Award.
Contract: Permanent/Fixed Term until 31st August 2027, Term time plus 2 days.
Hours: 28 hours 45 minutes per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.00pm.
Closing Date: Monday 7th September 2026 at 9am.
Start Date: As soon as your notice period allows.
