Kirklees Council is advertising for an Educational Teaching Assistant at Crossley Fields J & I School in West Yorkshire. This fixed-term post runs until 31 August 2027 and is 32.5 hours per week during term time plus one additional day.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Crossley Fields for the post of Educational Teaching Assistant. This is fixed term to 31st August 2027 in the first instance subject to further funding. Crossley Fields Junior & Infant School is large multicultural school serving a diverse and broad catchment area. We are highly inclusive with a commitment to ensuring a broad and ambitious curriculum for all our children so that they achieve the best possible outcomes from their time with us. We are looking to appoint someone with the knowledge and skills, whether this is in a professional or personal capacity, to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with behavioural, emotional, mental health and communication needs.
