Working under the direction of the class teacher, you will provide structured support to individuals, small groups and the wider class, including pupils with SEND, delivering targeted interventions and promoting independence.

Working under the direction of the class teacher, you will provide structured support to individuals, small groups and the wider class, adapting approaches to meet a range of needs, including pupils with SEND. You will deliver targeted interventions, promote independence and engagement whilst contributing to a positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment.
You will work closely with teachers to support planning, assessment and feedback, helping to monitor pupil progress, ensuring every child feels supported, motivated and able to achieve their full potential.
