Job summary

Outcomes First Group is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Bricklehurst Manor School. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to students with diverse needs within an education setting, collaborating with teaching staff and safeguarding the welfare of learners.

You will manage an OT caseload with supervision and access a £2000 CPD training allowance after probation, supporting your continued professional development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration.
• Registered member of RCOT.
• Experience in similar setting preferred.
• Evidence of working with neurodivergent individuals and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to students.
• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with supervision.
• Work within OFG Ways of Working and education team.
• Maintain safeguarding and multidisciplinary collaboration.
