Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention at Acorn Park School. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support pupils’ independence and development within an education setting.

The role requires an eligible OT with HCPC registration and RCOT membership, experience with neurodivergent learners, and a focus on evidence-based practice. A £2000 CPD training allowance is provided upon successful probation.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• Valid HCPC registration.
• Registered member of RCOT.
• Experience in providing OT services in a similar setting preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners and SEMH needs.
• Sound OT theory and practical application for independence.
• Report writing skills and ability to work with school teams.
• Interest in sensory integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an OT caseload with supervision and support.
• Collaborate with education teams to integrate OT goals.
• Contribute to staff training and clinical consultations.
