Job summary

Wimbledon High School is seeking an enthusiastic ICT First Line Technician to provide frontline support to staff and students. You will work within the ICT team to diagnose routine faults, install hardware and software, and help keep the school's technology running smoothly.

You will manage helpdesk tickets, support Windows and Apple devices, assist with maintenance and upgrades, and support printers, network devices and AV equipment for assemblies and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ICT support to staff and students.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and diagnose routine faults.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Support Windows and Apple devices.
• Assist with maintenance, upgrades and equipment repairs.
• Support printers, network-connected devices and AV equipment for assemblies, events and visiting speakers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior ICT staff as needed.
