The successful candidate will work under the direction of teaching staff to provide classroom support, promote pupil engagement and independence, and contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of our pupils. The role will also involve supporting the preparation of learning environments, assisting with pupil welfare and behaviour management, and helping to create positive learning experiences for all children.
