Job summary

Imperial College London seeks a leader for the Education Systems and Delivery team to enhance Ed Tech services across South Kensington and White City campuses. You will drive cloud-based digital content, apps, and data integrations, with a hands-on analytics focus and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, plus experience leading a team and delivering data-driven improvements for teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Sciences, Maths, Engineering or Science.
• Experience of using and managing SharePoint Online sites.
• Experience of delivering training (one to one or to a group).
• Experience of managing a team to deliver efficiency and utilise knowledge effectively.
• Experience of processing, analysing, and interpreting large and complex data sets with SQL/Azure or similar.
• Experience of analysing qualitative information for evidence-based actions.
• Experience with quantitative data management and visualization tools (R, SPSS, Power BI, Excel).
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience of using and supporting the best use of VLE environments in Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four with domain-specific expertise to improve Ed Tech support and delivery for staff and students.
• Identify technological solutions to staff and student challenges and implement with university systems.
• Collaborate across departments to share best practices and ensure a unified Ed Tech service standard.
• Translate data insights into actionable improvement plans for learning experiences.
