Sense College Knapwell is seeking a dependable Support Worker to help young adults with complex disabilities access learning and build independence in a supportive, person-centred environment.

The role is fixed-term until July 2027 with term-time hours from 9:15am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. A UK manual license is desirable and travel arrangements are needed due to limited public transport access to the College.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to young adults with complex communication needs, learning difficulties and physical disabilities, helping them develop their skills and achieve their individual learning goals.
