Job summary

Buzz Education, a specialist education marketing business in the UK, is seeking a Sales & Client Development Manager in Chorley. This hybrid role combines inbound enquiries with proactive development to grow revenue through a robust CRM of prospects and customers.

You will manage opportunities from enquiry to sale, build relationships, and work with marketing to improve lead generation. A base salary of £30k–£32k with a £40k+ OTE is offered, plus a substantial CRM and opportunity to shape

Qualifications

• Proven ability to convert opportunities into sales.
• CRM management and accurate pipeline upkeep.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Consultative selling approach over scripts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries from inquiry to sale.
• Understand client objectives and recommend services.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; follow up opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Re-engage previous clients and dormant opportunities.
• Develop new opportunities through targeted outbound activity.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across services.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
