Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience and a current leadership role.
• Ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies.
• Experience in client engagement and retention to secure contracts.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Luton education desk.
• Support and mentor the Luton team and act as a billing manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to meet staffing needs.
• Proactively engage in business development to form new school partnerships.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education roles.
• Develop relationships through in-person and remote interactions.
