KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Cannock team. Based in our Cannock office (WS11 7FD), the role offers a full-time permanent position with the possibility of a 4-day week or shorter days.

You will source and place high quality candidates into the Skills and Employability sector, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and work closely with hiring managers to fill roles.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a commercial Recruitment Consultant.
• Excellent people skills and clear telephone manner.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards and applications.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from screening to placement.

Aufgaben

• Source and place high quality candidates into Skills & Employability roles (perm, part-time, contract).
• Achieve recruitment placement targets and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Telephone interview suitable candidates and provide consultative career guidance.
• Submit suitable candidates with CVs and Cover Sheets to clients.
• Arrange interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers and manage placements.
• Maintain back office recruitment software and records.
• Prioritise workload with initiative and motivation.
