Job summary

The Education Network is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Edgbaston office. You will manage and grow your own desk covering primary, secondary or SEND, building strong client and candidate relationships across the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or B2B experience.
• Ability to build relationships and develop business.
• Commercially driven, target-focused approach.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a specialist recruitment desk across SEND, Secondary or Primary.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Recruit and place teachers, teaching assistants and support staff in schools.
• Develop new business through networking and proactive business development.
• Manage accounts and deliver high-quality recruitment services.
• Represent The Education Network's values of transparency, integrity and community impact.
• Participate in fundraising and community initiatives.
