Job summary

Bimplus in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead education and extension project delivery. You will take full responsibility for site management and daily operations, coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress to keep milestones on track.

With strong health and safety knowledge, you will manage RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and liaise with clients, consultants and school representatives to ensure successful delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering education and extension projects
• Previous experience working in live school environments
• Proven ability managing large-scale construction works
• Excellent understanding of health & safety requirements
• Experience managing programmes, quality and site documentation
• Ability to lead site teams and drive progress
• Strong communication skills with project teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for site management and daily operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress
• Manage health & safety, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Maintain site diaries, reports and progress updates
• Monitor workmanship and quality standards
• Liaise with the client, consultants and school representatives
• Manage site logistics and sequencing of works
• Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving
• Support successful delivery of the project from start to completion
