Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, via the Premier League Foundation, is seeking an Education Programmes Executive to support the delivery and development of the Premier League Primary Stars across England and Wales.

You will collaborate with the Education Programmes Manager and partners to ensure high-quality, evidence-led delivery, oversee funding and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of programme outcomes. Hybrid working and travel within England and Wales are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the primary education and/or sport sector, preferably within a charitable and/or community development capacity.
• Understanding of the challenges facing children and young people, teachers and schools, particularly in underserved communities.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum for England and Wales.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and ongoing development of the Premier League Primary Stars programme in line with agreed objectives and outcomes.
• Act as a key point of contact for football club charities via both virtual and physical visits, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the Premier League Primary Stars programme, ensuring effective allocation of funding, value for money, and delivery of outcomes.
• Support the implementation of evidence-led practice across the programme using data, insight and evaluation to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support joined-up approaches to achieving programme objectives.
• Support funding processes, including application and report reviews, assessment and recommendations.
• Monitor programme performance, including data review, outcomes, and case studies.
