Job summary

Premier League Foundation is seeking an Education Programmes Executive to deliver and develop the Primary Stars programme across England and Wales. The role is based in London with hybrid working and a competitive package.

You will work with clubs, schools and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, effective funding, and robust evaluation to support positive outcomes for children and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary education and/or sport sectors to deliver programme objectives.
• Understanding of challenges for children and schools in underserved communities.
• Experience supporting grant-funded programmes with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and development of the Premier League Primary Stars programme.
• Act as a key point of contact for football club charities via virtual and site visits.
• Oversee funding allocation, value for money, and delivery of outcomes with Education Programmes Manager.
• Support evidence-led practice using data, youth voice, insight and evaluation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across clubs, education partners and local organisations.
• Assist with funding processes: applications, reports, reviews, assessments and recommendations.
• Monitor programme performance using data, outputs and case studies.
