Job summary

The Education Programmes Executive role sits within the Premier League Inspires delivery team. You will help plan and deliver education programmes across England and Wales, coordinating with clubs, partner organisations and funders to ensure high-quality, impact-focused activity.

You will monitor outcomes, support governance and value-for-money, and contribute to continuous improvement while travelling across England and Wales as required.

Qualifications

• Experience within the secondary education and/or sport sector to deliver programme objectives.
• Ability to monitor performance, analyse data and drive delivery improvements.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of the Premier League Inspires programme.
• Act as main contact for football club charities and partners.
• Oversee funding allocation, value for money and outcomes.
• Ensure evidence-led practice through data, youth voice and evaluation.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders including the Premier League, clubs, education partners, and local organisations.
• Assist with funding processes including reviews, assessments and recommendations.
• Monitor performance data, outputs and case studies to illustrate impact.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across the programme.
• Support high-quality, inclusive delivery with club charities.
• Help develop a national bank of educational resources with partners.
• Support delivery of national events, workshops and networks.
• Ensure safeguarding and EDI commitments are met.
• Identify and share best practice across the network.
• Travel within England and Wales as required.
