Job summary

The Premier League Foundation is seeking an Education Programmes Executive to support the delivery and development of the Premier League Inspires programme across England and Wales. The role will work with the Education Programmes Manager, clubs and partners to ensure high-quality, evidence-led programme delivery aligned to priorities.

As part of the Foundation, you will monitor outcomes, support funded organisations and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in secondary education or sport sector within charity/community development.
• Understanding challenges facing disadvantaged young people including wellbeing and attendance.
• Experience supporting grant-funded programmes with monitoring and data analysis.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and ongoing development of the Premier League Inspires programme.
• Act as a key contact for football club charities via visits, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee allocation of funding, value for money and delivery of outcomes.
• Support evidence-led practice using data, youth voice, insight and evaluation.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to support joined-up approaches.
• Assist with funding processes including applications and reports.
