Job summary

Salford City FC Foundation is seeking a dedicated Primary School Education Manager to lead and grow our education provision, with a focus on the Premier League Primary Stars programme and high-quality delivery for children aged 2–11.

You will manage the education delivery team, build partnerships, and ensure robust monitoring, reporting, and compliance across funded activity, driving impact and social outcomes in Salford and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading education or community outreach programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, retention and impact measurement of the Premier League Primary Stars programme.
• Collate and report impact data for partner reporting.
• Design, plan and deliver education sessions for ages 2–11.
• Oversee delivery across sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyle programmes with safety and progression.
• Grow and support delivery staff within the Education team.
• Promote Salford City FC Foundation and local partner education programmes to participants and partners.
