Job summary

Premier League Foundation seeks an Education Programmes Executive to support the Inspires programme across England and Wales. You will work with partners to ensure quality, evidence-led delivery, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safeguarding and inclusive practice.

You will collaborate with the Education Programmes Manager and club charities to allocate funding, share insights, and strengthen outcomes for young people and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the secondary education and/or sport sector to deliver against programme objectives.
• Experience supporting grant-funded programmes and monitoring performance.
• Ability to analyse data and apply evidence to improve delivery.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of the Premier League Inspires programme.
• Act as a key contact for club charities, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee funding allocation, value for money and delivery of outcomes.
• Contribute to evidence-led practice and impact evaluation.
• Build partnerships with schools, partners and organisations.
• Assist with governance, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
