Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is recruiting for a dedicated Education MIS Support Officer in Sandwell, United Kingdom. The role blends office presence with home working to support end users of the Synergy Education MIS and maintain data quality across education services.

You will assist in data collection, system administration and module testing, working closely with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes while meeting deadlines in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Management Information System is essential.
• Good ICT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain data quality.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and reconciling data from schools and actively improve data quality.
• Support end users of the Education MIS, including fault resolution and liaising with the supplier.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks on the Education MIS.
• Involve in implementing new modules and testing new releases.
• Maintain data quality and support end users to improve accuracy in the system.
