Job summary

Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking dedicated tutors to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners in re-engaging with education, building confidence, and achieving their full potential.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS not essential.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Experience delivering the UK curriculum.
• Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week.
• A compassionate, child-centred, and trauma-informed approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's individual needs.
• Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make meaningful progress.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and wellbeing.
• Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times.
• Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in students' homes, with some remote teaching opportunities.
