Job summary

Keys Group is seeking qualified teachers to join our 1:1 tutoring teams across the UK. You’ll support young people aged 5–16 who can’t access mainstream education, delivering English, Maths and life skills with warmth and tailored planning.

We value experience with SEN/SEMH, a UK curriculum background, and a patient, resilient approach. Term-time hours, flexible scheduling, and travel across local authorities are part of the role, with competitive pay per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience of the UK curriculum
  • Understanding of SEN, ASD, ADHD & Mental Health
  • A patient, resilient and resourceful approach
  • Minimum two days’ availability per week
  • Ability to travel (full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance & breakdown cover)

Pay

The pay rate is between £25 - £40 per hour, and is determined individually on a case-by-case basis, taking into account relevant qualifications and experience.
