Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Education Lead to drive high-quality learning across the Public Health Service. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating education programmes that support evidence-based practice and regulatory standards.

You will lead across services, support apprentices and SCPHN training, and promote a positive learning culture while aligning workforce development with NICE guidance and competency frameworks.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 6 Nursing/Midwifery degree with SCPHN Health Visiting.
• Essential: Registered with NMC and current practice.
• Ability to use IT systems and databases to support education delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate education and training programmes promoting evidence-based practice and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance on training quality and standards to internal and external partners.
• Review NICE guidance and research; implement implications for practice.
• Contribute to policies and guidance on practice development and workforce education.
