Job summary

The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Education Practitioner to support the Workforce Development Team. You will design and deliver education programmes and foster inclusive learning, safety and compassionate leadership to develop unregistered healthcare practitioners.

You will collaborate with nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals to plan and deliver practical and theoretical training, promoting high standards of clinical education in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

Experience developing education programmes for healthcare staff.
Ability to translate learning needs into clear pathways for learners.
Experience supporting unregistered healthcare practitioners and learners.

Responsibilities

Advise and promote an open dialogue ensuring psychological safety and compassionate leadership.
Facilitate education, training and practice development to establish high education standards for unregistered practitioners and learners.
Collaborate with nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals to plan and deliver practical and theoretical clinical training.
