Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician at Queensbury School in Birmingham. The role provides first-line technical support to staff and students, maintains devices, and resolves issues to ensure teaching continuity.

You will work within the IT Team to support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, networking and classroom AV systems, with opportunities to learn and develop across technical and educational technology. Term-time hours plus two weeks, 36.5 hours weekly.
