Job summary

Concero is offering an IT Technician Apprentice role to support school communities in using education technology. You will provide 1st line technical problem solving, network management and strong customer relations while delivering services per SLA.

The programme requires GCSEs, a driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. Working hours are typically 37.5 per week with a flexible, supportive environment and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 GCSEs with grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English with grade 3+ or above.
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing higher qualification in the same subject.

Responsibilities

• Monitor your customer portfolio and respond to incidents logged by the customer.
• Manage problems to resolution for network or equipment failures per the SLA.
• Update all change requests and call notes in real time.
• Act as point of contact with manufacturers, suppliers, ISP and external support.
• Manage day-to-day tasks to meet service levels and SLA goals.
• Proactively seek changes to add value for the customer.
• Identify issues and provide solutions while maintaining good customer relations.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
