Job summary

EDClass Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician for on-site duties at our Dinnington, Sheffield location. You will provide 1st and 2nd line hardware, software, network, and AV support across the organisation, ensuring security and smooth operation for teaching and learning platforms.

The role requires strong Windows 10/11 experience, Microsoft 365 administration, and a proactive, safeguarding-focused approach. Salary £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Level 3 IT qualification (e.g., BTEC National, T-Level, Advanced IT Apprenticeship) OR demonstrable equivalent commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support to internal staff via ticketing, phone, and in-person.
• Set up and maintain live teaching hardware for virtual booths and AV systems.
• Image, deploy, and asset-tag laptops, PCs, peripherals, and network devices.
