Interface Recruitment is working with a growing education client in York to recruit an IT Support Engineer to support a key school. Working primarily within a school environment, you will provide day-to-day IT support while assisting with infrastructure improvements, cloud technologies and IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education IT Support or school environment.
• 1st or 2nd Line Support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AD, Windows clients/servers.
• Familiarity with Azure and Intune.
• Willingness to engage in vendor training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server and networking issues.
• Support Azure and Intune technologies.
• Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Support wireless and networking solutions.
