GLF Schools is recruiting a Senior IT Technician to deliver first and second line IT support across multiple primary schools in the region. The role involves regular field visits, with travel between schools and close collaboration with the Central IT team and Regional IT Partners.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with hardware and software, including installation, configuration and deployment.
• Driving licence is essential for travel between schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support in the field across multiple schools.
• Travel to current and future GLF Schools within the region for visits and support.
• Collaborate with Central IT and Regional IT Partners to resolve issues.
