Qualifications

• Have Qualified Teacher Status with DfE number and extensive experience with schools.
• Experience managing significant programmes or projects and strategic thinking at senior level.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive issues with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for schools, academies, colleges, and educational settings within a geographical area.
• Develop and promote inclusion strategies, alternative provisions, and positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
• Demonstrate understanding of current education agendas and regulatory duties.
