An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and committed Education Effectiveness Partner to join the team in a continued development strategy working with schools on joint strategies for inclusion, use of alternative provision and promoting positive outcomes for Leicestershire's most vulnerable children and young people. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Education Effectiveness Partner to join our Education Effectiveness Service area within Children and Family Services. This role involves being the point of contact for all schools, academies, colleges, and educational settings in a geographical area of Leicestershire, fostering good working relationships to ensure the best possible education for children and young people. Knowledge and an understanding of the current agendas within education, particularly regarding inclusion, use and development of internal alternative provision arrangements and SEN would be beneficial. Additionally, strategic experience in these areas and involvement in the secondary phase would be advantageous. An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post.
