Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in early years or child care or equivalent.
• Experience working with parents/children in early learning.
• Knowledge of language development and culture in families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groups across the county to support parents in early parenting.
• Conduct outreach to promote FEEE uptake and readiness for school.
• Deliver drop-in sessions and support inclusion for SEND children.
• Participate in training and buddying with current practitioners.
