Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of schools to provide tailored advice and support.
• Challenge, monitor and quality assure schools across strategic leadership, teaching and pupil outcomes.
• Lead on priorities including inclusive and anti-racist practice, SEND, and wellbeing.
• Facilitate school-to-school collaboration to share best practice and drive system-wide improvement.
