• Experience leading educational improvement across nursery, primary, secondary or special school sectors.
• Proven ability to partner with school leaders to monitor, quality-assure and drive pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with a portfolio of schools to advise and support ambitious goals.
• Challenge, monitor and quality assure schools across leadership, teaching and pupil outcomes.
• Lead on strategic priorities including inclusive and anti-racist practice, SEND and well-being.
• Facilitate school-to-school collaboration to share best practice for system-wide improvement.
