Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one advice and guidance to clients regarding education and training opportunities.

• Organize and facilitate workshops and group sessions on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national employment trends, training programs, and educational resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and training providers to create pathways for employment for clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting action plans as necessary to ensure success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in career guidance, education advising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including available programs and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate support strategies.
• Experience in delivering workshops or training sessions is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• A relevant qualification in education, career guidance, or a related field is preferred.
