Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements that include global delivery (deals > $1M; quota > $5M).
• Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills.
• Experience selling Microsoft-based services within Education or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a business development plan to identify, qualify, and close key opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners (Microsoft, Accenture, ecosystem) to grow the book of business.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations.
• Lead cross-functional internal teams to tailor bespoke solutions and win new work.
• Negotiate client agreements and deliver value propositions that differentiate Avanade.
