You will onboard new schools, provide ongoing support, and track impact with KPIs, collaborating across teams in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. This full-time role is based at our Alderley Edge office, with potential relocation plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with client relationships.
• Comfort presenting and calling schools and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage priorities.
• Passion for helping schools and working in a mission-driven environment.
• Willing to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of schools to maximise programme use.
• Onboard new schools and provide ongoing support.
