Job summary

myHappymind in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Happiness Manager to nurture relationships with schools and nurseries, ensuring they maximise the value of our programmes.

You will onboard new schools, provide ongoing support, and track impact with KPIs, collaborating across teams in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. This full-time role is based at our Alderley Edge office, with potential relocation plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Happiness Manager, you’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of schools, ensuring they make the most of the myHappymind programme.
• Onboard new schools and provide ongoing support to help them succeed.
• Regularly check in with schools to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Work with KPIs and reporting to track your success and ensure programme impact.
