Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Winchester-based, employee-owned construction consultancy. The role focuses on education projects and sports facilities, with a collaborative culture where employees influence how the business is run.

The successful candidate will manage project delivery, client relationships and lead delivery across education and sports schemes, benefitting from a strong bonus structure and long-term progression within a supportive 18-person team.

Qualifications

• Project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience working on education, sports, public-sector or similar property projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project programmes from early stages through to completion with a focus on education and sports facilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and attend client/site meetings.
• Monitor progress and risk, prepare reports and ensure delivery aligns with quality, cost and programme requirements.
