Prospero Teaching is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join its education-focused compliance team in the UK. You will verify regulatory and internal requirements for candidates, ensuring DBS checks, right-to-work, references, and employment history are in order.

The role supports a smooth recruitment process across EYFS to SEN, with a focus on safeguarding and data protection. You will work within a dynamic, collaborative environment, handling documentation, inquiries, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English, grades A-C or equivalent.
• Strong relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with compliance team to ensure candidates meet all standards.
• Follow established processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Guide and support candidates throughout recruitment.
• Conduct checks including right-to-work, DBS, references, and employment history.
• Maintain and update accurate candidate records.
• Organise and verify candidate documentation.
• Respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
