This role focuses on right-to-work checks, DBS verifications, references, and employment history, while maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.

• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the compliance team to verify candidate regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance checks including right-to-work, DBS, references, and employment history.
• Maintain and update candidate records accurately.
• Organize and verify candidate documentation.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support recruitment process and ensure regulatory adherence.
