Based in the UK, you will work with schools and nurseries, ensuring regulatory standards are met while delivering a smooth process for candidates.

• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct compliance checks, including right-to-work, DBS, reference, and employment history verifications.
• Maintain and update accurate candidate records.
• Organise and verify candidate documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally.
