Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our education compliance team, ensuring candidates meet regulatory standards and internal policies across the UK education sector.

You will conduct right-to-work, DBS, references and employment history verifications, maintain accurate candidate records, and guide candidates through the recruitment process in a fast-paced, supportive environment with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with compliance team to ensure candidates meet standards.
