Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our compliance team in the education sector. You will ensure candidates meet regulatory and internal requirements and support a smooth recruitment process.

You will conduct checks, verify documentation, maintain records, and guide candidates through the process, all while upholding confidentiality and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade A–C or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure candidates meet all education-sector standards.
• Follow established processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct compliance checks including right-to-work, DBS, references, and employment history verifications.
• Maintain and update accurate candidate records and documents.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally.
