• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure candidates meet all standards for the education sector.
• Follow established processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct compliance checks (right-to-work, DBS, references, employment history).
• Maintain and update accurate candidate records.
• Organise and verify candidate documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally.
