Ahead Partnership in Leeds is seeking a highly organised Programme Manager to design, deliver and evaluate impactful school programmes, building strong client relationships and managing multi-stakeholder projects.

You will lead discovery through delivery, ensure budgets and quality, recruit partners and volunteers, and contribute to social impact and business growth while working a hybrid pattern with 2-3 office days.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, design and scoping of programmes.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple programmes within budgets and timelines.
• Recruit and manage volunteers, schools, employers and external partners.
• Monitor programme performance and report outcomes and impact.
• Facilitate workshops and events for diverse audiences.
