The Sutton Trust in London seeks a Senior Programmes Manager to lead and grow our in-house employability programmes, including Pathways Online, Access Apprenticeships and Careers Plus. You will shape strategy, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate across teams to maximise impact for young people.

You will line-manage two Programme Managers, oversee budget and safeguarding processes, and help launch new initiatives such as Tech and Digital Pathways to the Professions.

Qualifications

• Budget management.
• Strong programme and event management experience for audiences of young people.
• Line management experience, preferably of managers.
• Concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology, e.g., CRM software.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking and prioritisation.
• Data-driven decision making and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, growth and quality of Sutton Trust's in-house employability programmes.
• Oversee delivery to high standards with robust risk management and a clear theory of change.
• Manage two Programme Managers and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Represent the Trust externally at sector events and speaking engagements.
